I ordered and paid for a nine channel transmitter/receiver and they sent a seven channel instead. They also charged twice the estimated shipping shown on their website for my area code and only made this know with the delivery invoice. Since then, they have been unreachable by phone–do not answer phone messages nor respond to e-mails. I have checked RC websites and have found there are numerous complaints about this company. They deserve the lowest rating, and I strongly recommend that no one order anything from this supplier.

Please disregard everything I said about Northeasat Sailplane Products.

I overreacted and was completely wrong. I spoke with Sal today and he apologized for not getting back to me sooner. Appartently, there was illness in his family which forced him to be away from the business for several weeks. He could not have been nicer or more helpful. The matter was cleared up to my satisfaction. He even took the time to give me advice on a medical problem we both share. He is a fine fellow. Understandably, I feel quite bad about my overeaction and hope that Sal will overlook it.

Sorry people but they have put everything in storage because I helped them do it! They are out of business. I now do repairs on sailplanes and other rc planes. They have gone out of business! Michael Anatr (mla49680@gmail .com)
